Photos: Armed robbers allegedly attack vehicle with Akwa Ibom State Govt plate number in Uyo, cart away cash
Two heavily armed robbers reportedly pursued and
intercepted a vehicle with government plate number at Paul Bassey street
by Brooks street, Uyo, Akwa Ibom state capital on Wednesday.
According to an eyewitness, no life was lost in the attack.
However, the robbers were said to have made away with a huge amount of
money.
"They are operating freely o...After more than robbing for
20mins, the Police just arrived...Note, that the attack is just 2 mins
to The A'division Police Station and 3 mins to Government House. Who
told the Robbers that there was huge amount of money in that car?" the
poster wrote.
